☆ The ink fill machines use "positive and negative" (pressure and suction) pneumatic pressure. Independent vacuum pumps and air compressors are used which provide the "positive and negative" airflows.

Computer program controlled operation combined with a set of precise ink cartridge clamps, allow the machines to not only fill ink for EPSON and CANON cartridges under vacuum conditions, but can also fill ink through "ink heads" without any damage to them , so the need for "vacuum tank" ink refill is completely eliminated.

This ink fill has following advantages:

  3. At least 3 times faster than the old "vacuum tank" method. A single ink cartridge is filled within 1 minute

Combined "Positive and negative" airflow technology, makes possible both vacuum ink fill and positive-negative pressure ink fill through jet-head with only a single machine. These machines fill the Four main big brands, and about sixty different models of ink cartridges automatically.
